You do not have to be a member of Tumble or be in a current Tumble class to book onto any of our camps.

Gymnastics Camp (Age 4 – 13)
No matter if your child is an advanced gymnast or a complete beginner, these camps are a fun way to keep fit, have fun, make friends, and learn or develop new gymnastics skills. In these camps, your child will learn a range of different things, from games to increase the heart rate with full body warm-ups and stretches to conditioning exercises which will help develop the strength needed for more advanced gymnastics skills to try out during the sessions. The children will learn at their own pace and at their own level, keeping it fun while learning and developing in all areas of gymnastics. The children will get use of all gymnastics equipment including the foam pit and trampoline areas. This is a great camp to challenge both physical and mental fitness through something they love.

Bounce Camp (Age 7+)
Our Bounce camps are designed for gymnasts aged 7 and up who have previous experience and are ready to take on more advanced, dynamic skills—all in a fun and supportive environment.
These sessions focus on the exciting world of bounce-based gymnastics, helping children build strength, coordination, and confidence while enjoying their progress and making new friends.
Using a wide range of equipment—including trampolines, fast track, trampette, springboards, floor, and vault—our Bounce classes are packed with action and variety.
Please note: Bounce classes do not include bars or beam work.
Suitable for ages 7 – 16
Cartwheel Camp (Age 4 – 13)
60 minutes dedicated to learning cartwheels.
During this session, there will be lots of different skill development exercises to help improve or master a cartwheel. Even the warm-up, stretching, and conditioning exercises are tailored to cartwheel development. Your child will be able to use some of the progressions and physical preparation skills learned within the session at home to help continue the development of the skill.

Handstand Camp (Age 4 – 13)
60 minutes dedicated to improving or mastering a handstand.
During this session, there will be lots of breakdown and strength exercises for every level to help develop the perfect handstand. Even the warm-up, stretching, and conditioning exercises are tailored to the handstand skill. Your child will be able to use some of the progressions and physical preparation skills learned within the session at home to help continue the development of the skill.

Tricksters Camp (Age 6 – 10)
If your child isn’t really into all the gymnastics equipment that the regular gymnastics camps and sessions offer such as bars and beam, and just likes to run, jump, climb and tumble over things in a safe environment then this is the camp for them. A structured class based around more of the acrobatic, and jumping side of gymnastics, using mainly the rebound equipment such as trampolines, trampette and the foam pit areas. There will be challenges, exercises to develop strength, power and coordination and of course the development of gymnastic skills using physical preparation and breakdown of skill exercises. Whether your child is a complete beginner or has knowledge and experience in some gymnastics type skills there will be challenging fun for everyone.
